AREAGAMES – MISSISSAUGA VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE (THURSDAYS) – SEASON OVERVIEW League Summary The Mississauga REC volleyball league is a structured indoor volleyball season designed to provide balanced matchups and organized weekly competition for teams of diverse skill levels. The league runs on THURSDAY evenings at Fitcourts Mississauga Season Structure Season Length: 10 weeks Start Date: Tuesday, January 15, 2026 Day of Play: Thursdays Time of play : 7:00 pm , 8:00 pm, 9: 00 pm Weekly Standings: Published after each week Media Day: Included as part of the league experience,Date TBD Tiered Format No tier system for this league Team Composition Team Format: 6 players on court (Can be changed if both teams agree) Co-Ed Requirement: Minimum 2 Female or 2 Male on court (However, this can be waived if both captains agree to remove the minimum requirements prior to the start of the game.)
